Pricing details:

• All rooms, except for a small number of Prince Rooms have either a balcony or terrace.
• Rates are including Breakfast and Taxes.
• Rates are quoted in Euros and are per person, per night.
• In Shoulder and Low seasons the Apollonia Restaurant, Terrace Pool and Club House are not available. The Patara Restaurant is also closed at these times. Open Buffett dinner will be served in the Patara Restaurant in the Shoulder season. In Low season dinner will be as a set menu in Agora Restaurant.
• Half board (dinner) supplement is € 12.00 per person.
• 1 Child up to 6 years sharing with 2 adults is free of charge. Children between 7 and 12 pay 50% of the per person rate when sharing with 2 adults.
• Single occupancy - in peak season will be charged at double occupancy rate. In other seasons the single supplement will be 50% of per person rates.
• Transfers can be arranged from Dalaman Airport to Hotel at a cost of €85.00 one way. For other arrival airports, please request rates.
• Transfer by helicopter from Dalaman and Antalya to Hotel's private Heliport: Price and availability on request.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

For Rooms and Suites

All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit charged to a credit card.

Deposit is refundable if cancellations are received 21 days prior to arrival for Peak season, 14 days for High season and 7 days for Shoulder season.

Room Descriptions

Prince Rooms: Rooms with double beds, all have balconies, most have lovely sea views views and some have garden views.

Superior Rooms: Rooms with twin or double beds, all have a balcony or terrace and they all have sea views. 3 of the rooms in this category have a fireplace and some of the rooms are in the main building.

Deluxe Rooms: Large rooms with double beds and L shaped corner Divan as sleeping aread for children up to 18 years. These rooms all have a fireplace, jacuzzi and a shower in a large bathroom. All have balconies, deck or terrace and sea view.

Executive Suites: Large rooms with, terrace and sea views and a wonderful Jacuzzi bathroom. Large living rooms with double sofa bed, fireplaces and all have large terraces, which offer private sunbathing.

Club Rooms: Large room with double bed, private balconies, bathrooms with shower unit, lovely sea views and a third bed/divan.

Admiralty Suite: It's name states it all. Opening into a lavish salon with cosy bar and fireplace, large private bedroom with Jacuzzi bathroom. Both the terrace of the bedroom and the salon offers wonderful views of the surrounding nature. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Mediterranean Suite: Wonderful suite in the front, Top Floor of the main building. 2 bedrooms with double room and Divan, two bathroom, 2 balconies as well as a terrace with private aunbathing and lovely sea views.

5) IS EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE? Yes. Regular Check-in is at 2pm and Check-Out is at 12 noon. To make other arrangements, please advise when booking your room. We will be happy to accommodate, based on availability.

6) DOES THE HOTEL OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE? Yes. You may contact reception for your laundry requests.

7) HOW FAR AWAY IS THE TOWN OF KALKAN? It is only 1 km from hotel to the town.

8) HOW MAY I REACH KALKAN? You may either walk, or take a taxi. During the day you may use the hotels' shuttle boat.

9) IS THERE A BANK IN TOWN? Yes there is a bank in the town. Hours are: 8:30 - 12:00; 13:30 - 17:00 (closed Sat. and Sun. Open daily in tourist areas)

10) IS THERE A POST OFFICE IN TOWN? Yes. Turkish post and telephone offices are easily recognizable by their "PTT" and "Turk Telekom" signs. Major post offices are open 8:00 - 24:00, Mon.- Sat.; and 9:00-19:00 Sundays. Small post offices have the same hours as government offices.
